Renewal

Renew by December 15, 2026

If you are in the final year of your certification, renew on the portal before the deadline. Your next certification period runs through 2029.

  1. Go to account.armrit.org

Open the ARMRIT Portal account page.

  2. Sign in

Use your own login. First time? Your temporary username and password are both your last name followed by your certificate number. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in screen.

  3. Check your email address

Click the pencil beside the email field and enter a personal email. Use the same one you use with Kryterion’s Webassessor, and confirm the rest of your details.

  4. Renew

Open the Subscriptions tab, find your ARMRIT subscription, click the three dots and choose Renew.

Sign in before you renew. Renewing while signed out creates a second account that is not connected to your certificate number.

The MRI CME requirement

Every certified technologist signs a statement at renewal confirming 24 MRI CME credits in the three-year period.

ARMRIT lectures for CME

Lectures from the ARMRIT annual meetings, offered online by Great Valley Publishing. All ARMRIT meeting lectures count toward renewal.

  • Credits must be on MRI topics, with “MRI” in the title.
  • They must be awarded by the AHRA, ACCME, AMA, ASRT or another qualified CME organization.
  • Keep your certificates where you can show them during an unannounced CMS or ACR site visit or an ARMRIT audit.
  • Do not send transcripts or certificates to ARMRIT unless you are audited.
  • Your certificate and ID card are released after the CME statement is signed and your renewal form is submitted.
  • A technologist who cannot document the required credits on request is subject to immediate revocation.
